We hope everyone is getting ready for the festive period with their furry friends. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers throughout 2025 and hope that lots of rabbits and other animals have been made even happier by using our products.

As Christmas draws closer there will be some changes to our regular parcel dispatch dates. Throughout the year our couriers collect the bulk of our orders on Monday’s and Thursday’s. However, over Christmas/ New Year period this will change to a Monday collection only. Meaning that orders will be dispatched on the following dates;

Monday 22^nd December

Monday 29^th December

Monday 5^th January

Thursday 8^th January

From Monday 5^th January we plan on being back to normal and parcels will be once again dispatched on Monday’s and Thursday’s.

As this year comes to an end here at Pets Playstore, we expect to be a little bit busier than usual, this is because our family-based business is due to expand at the end of December/ Beginning of January. As two will become three, we ask for your understanding that there may be a slight delay in getting orders dispatched at some point over this period.

We look forward to having a new little helper packaging orders in no time, should there be any greater delays with orders, an update will be provided here.
