Our parcels are collected by our local courier on Monday and Thursday mornings. All orders placed by 14:00 the day before will be dispatched the following day. The parcels are then passed to Evri or DHL who aim to deliver with 2-3 working days.
If you require a hutch / run connector at each end of the tunnel, one end of the tunnel connected to the hutch and the other end connected to the run, then you would need to purchase two hutch / run connectors.
We do not regularly post internationally, however if you send us an email to [email protected] we can get you a quote for the postage costs.
As a rule we do not have general sales or use discount codes. This is because we price our products at the lowest price that we can offer them at, this is so that all customers can get the best possible price for our products.
