After dispatch, Evri or DHL aims to deliver within 2–3 working days. Dispatch and transit are separate stages; delivery estimates are not guarantees and bank holidays or remote destinations may take longer.
If you require a hutch / run connector at each end of the tunnel, one end of the tunnel connected to the hutch and the other end connected to the run, then you would need to purchase two hutch / run connectors.
We do not regularly post internationally, however if you send us an email to [email protected] we can get you a quote for the postage costs.
As a rule we do not have general sales or use discount codes. This is because we price our products at the lowest price that we can offer them at, this is so that all customers can get the best possible price for our products.
We offer delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and supported island destinations. Charges depend on the destination and items ordered. Enter your postcode and select your county / region in the basket or checkout. If no delivery option appears, please contact us before placing your order.
We offer a 30-day return period for eligible non-perishable items, measured from delivery. Please contact [email protected] with your order number before returning an item. For a change of mind, you are responsible for the return postage unless we agree otherwise.
For qualifying online cancellations, tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods; you then have a further 14 days to return them. We refund the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Any additional charge for a premium delivery option need not be refunded. Refunds are made within the applicable statutory time limit; where we are entitled to await the return, this is within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Statutory exceptions may apply, including genuinely perishable, personalised or custom-made goods. Discounted items retain the same statutory rights as full-price items. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return costs. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
