Genuine experiences, clearly presented

We welcome honest reviews from people who have used the product. Positive and negative feedback are assessed using the same rules. Fake reviews, reviews from people without a genuine experience, undisclosed incentives, spam and misleading content are not permitted. We do not offer rewards conditional on a positive review.

Checking and moderation

New product reviews are held for manual moderation. We consider whether the review relates to the product, check available purchase records and investigate signs of duplication or manipulation. We may request clarification if authenticity is uncertain. We may decline or remove fake or misleading reviews, spam, unlawful or abusive content and private information. A low rating alone is not a reason to reject a review. Reviews are not rewritten to improve their sentiment.

Verified owner labels

A website “verified owner” label means WooCommerce has matched the reviewer to a purchase of that product through this website. A genuine review without that label may come from another customer; it has not been verified as a website purchase.

Reviews from other platforms

Links to Etsy or eBay lead to feedback hosted on those platforms. Marketplace seller feedback is distinct from a review of an individual product. Marketplace ratings are not combined with this website’s product-review average. Any review republished here must have permission or another appropriate licence and clearly identify its original source, date and relevant product; it must not be labelled as a verified website purchase.

Report a concern

To query a review, report suspected manipulation or request correction of personal information, email [email protected] with the product and review details. We investigate concerns and remove or correct content where appropriate.
